There are by some estimates, approximately 360 prophecies of the Messiah fulfilled by Christ Jesus. Here are just a few.

Genesis 22:8 [Jesus - Lamb of God Prophesied]
8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb [Jesus] for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.

Psalms 22:6-8,14, & 18 [Prophecy of rejection and crucifixion of Jesus]

6 But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people. 7 All they that see me laugh me to scorn:
they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying, 8 He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him. 14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax;

Daniel 9:25-26 [Prophecy of Jesus, timing of the birth and crucifixion]
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

Micah 5:2 [Prophecy of birthplace of Messiah, Jesus, the Eternal One]

But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he [Jesus] come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. [Eternal]

Malachi 3:1

1 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts. 2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap: 3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness. 4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former years. 5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts. 6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

The most powerful moment in the history of mankind is when our creator, the Lord Jesus Christ redeemed us and proved his Divine Love for all. The Lord's sacrifice for our sins is the very purpose of the creation of Time in the physical realm. God determined, created, and prepared the place and time to die for our sins.

John 15:13
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

John 3:17
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Colossians 1:21-22
21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled 22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

God's Divine Love and Redemption Plan: The Lord God knows all, he foresees all! He knew from the moment he created the sons of God (all of us), that we would sin, and need redemption. He planned to give his own life for his creation. Since God is Eternal how is it possible for God to die? With God, all things are possible! He created the physical realm, space and time, to be born in the flesh himself and sacrifice his life for us to be redeemed. What a glorious plan!

John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Romans 4:7-8

Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

The glorious result of God's Sacrifice: God's perfect redemption plan was a great success! He fulfilled that which he set out to do!

Revelation 5:1

1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. 2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? 3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. 5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David [Jesus], hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain [Jesus], having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. 7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
