Tonight I'm going to speak on atomic holocaust and desolation and prove some Scriptures in the Bible. Sometimes it's (judgment) is supernatural and God would mingle His own judgment together, and other times it's atomic explosions and hydrogen explosions. However the earth will not be totally destroyed but it will be purged and the Lord will then renovate it back for the millennium.

The plagues of the Lord, evidently, are the most powerful things beyond what man has, to destroy with. Evidently they're intermingled -- God's plagues -- also with man's war at the end of time. But He overrules them in the Great Plagues and He just takes their stuff and just -- His fire is like a lake of fire over them, it just eats them up alive at the time. Because the Lord is powerful!
Isaiah 26:19
Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
There's the resurrection there.
Isaiah 26:20
Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment,
until the indignation be overpast.
There's the resurrection and the people in their chambers protected by God for a moment. (until the Great Tribulation is over)
Isaiah 29:6
Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.
Now visited of the lord of hosts, thunder, with an earthquake -- sounds like explosion going on, when it hits it thunders.

They say the atomic bombs when they go off, sound like a million thunders -- the hydrogen bombs! And it leaves a sort of quaking in the area. And with great noise, which is it also rumbles for miles and with a storm -- and underneath the cloud of the bomb, it storms under there and rolls out in mighty storms -- just like a big storm that's come in, and He said storm!
And tempest, meaning rolling, powerful over the land as it goes! And wind is in it and fog with it because of the gigantic explosions splitting the atoms! The cosmic forces are released and fire shoots out and the flame of devouring fire -- "nothing in the world, but like a great fire that explodes from all of this that we've just read!"
This could be also prophetic of the Lord's own supernatural power when He releases, and then it is prophetic also of how man releases they hydrogen bomb and the neutron and the powerful gamma bombs -- powerful rays and things are going to take place.
Isaiah 24:6
Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
The inhabitants of the earth are burned! Desolation -- and few men left! Because the curse upon the earth -- God has cursed it! The earth! And there's a great gigantic explosion takes place!
Zechariah 14:12
And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem;
Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
That's moving into Armageddon power in there. It will melt, and come down and their bones will be seen before they hit the ground -- radiation power, cosmic forces. and their "eyes" shall "consume away" in their holes, (and they shall stand there with bones like a skeleton, their eyeballs are all gone -- heat -- rays, just eat them up.) and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth! (Melt, they'll have no eyeballs and no tongues -- they'll just have part of a structure of a bone there. It just eats them up like acid!
At the time it's the only way to do it. This is in Jerusalem, those that fought against Jerusalem. And it's called a plague! This is intermingled, no doubt, with the Great Plagues of the Lord and mankind -- and a great battle.
It's getting hot, God has a battle axe.
Malachi 4:1
For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble:
and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
He put that in the right place -- it's getting mighty warm!

It will burn as an oven! It's like radiation fallout! It says it leaves neither root nor branch because radiation will kill the roots and the plants and the trees. But there'll be no roots nor branch left because of the heat and that's exactly what atomic forces do wheen they hit the earth -- there's nothing can grow.
And earlier, their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet and their eyes shall consume away tand the holes in their heads and their tongues shall consume away in their mouths. They said that's exactly what happened when they dropped the bomb over in the country of Japan. When we dropped the bomb to end the war. They said some of the people were just consumed away like that, and now the forces are hundreds of times more powerful than what they had at the time of the last World War, when they dropped it.
Haggai 2:6-7
6 For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, (Yea, it is a little while, saith the Lord, in this hour -- there He's talking!) and I will shake the heavens, (Oh, I will mightily, I will shake them! ) and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; (They will jar the earth, and the Lord will roll it, like you would roll a towel -- it shall roll. Behold, it shall quake! And the Lord shall judge!)
7 And I will shake all nations, (and they'll crumble before the mighty One -- the Living God! He said all nations, there's none left out -- all nations mean ALL nations.) and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.
There are preachers who say -- all don't mean ALL. All means ALL nations, and that's the way He's going to shake them. You don't limit God. He can shake this world and three more like it at the same time and be standing where Daniel saw Him at the throne with His wheels burning! Glory to God! He's Almighty!
You see, don't limit Him -- it's nothing to Him! He can throw those planets in space, speak the sun out in there, put the moon over there. And they'll come in their courses and eclipse and eclipse all the way through history. And timed to utter perfection there's no machine or nothing, can put the things that are in their courses in the heavens, like the Almighty did! It's there, brother, it speaks for itself, whether He ever said anything or not -- it speaks of an Almighty One -- a God above all gods -- the Lord!
Joel 1:15
15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.

Oh, believe, saith the Lord, it is at hand! Ye have seen the axe of the Lord! Behold, it is not long, I will use it! For I have spoken for thousands of years and now things are ready, the motion is set and the orders will be carried out. For the Lord knoweth what time it is, and His people shall also know what the Lord knoweth. Behold the season is upon thee!
We won't know the exact hour of the day, but we will know what the Lord's talking about in His signs. "
Joel 1:15-19
And as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come. Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God? The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered. How do the beasts groan! The herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate. O LORD, to thee will I cry: "for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field!"
A fire was sent forth and it burnt the grass and all of the trees! The cattle groaning, moaning, the herds in perplex-ion. You see, it was such a catastrophe of such a magnitude that even the animals were perplexed! How abut the human beings? You know they shook and shattered when God did all of these things!
It said the animals were perplexed -- not even knowing what in the world had come upon them! That God had predetermined by His council to bring it. And the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness -- burned them all up. It's God!
Joel 2:1-2
1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
Now this chapter of Joel is prophetic, many people call it a type of army of God -- it could be in certain aspects, but other than aspects, it's dealing with a supernatural power, it's dealing also with things that will occur.

Joel 2:3
3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: (Brother, that's setting it on fire, before and afterwards) the land is as the garden of Eden before them (looked beautiful!), and behind them a desolate wilderness; (it just looked beautiful and suddenly it turned to a wilderness. It was like some great gigantic atom explosion of some kind that ook place, or that God's plagues just scorched the earth!) yea, and nothing shall escape them.
Joel 2:4-5
4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.
It was a battle to it! A powerful battle!
Joel 2:6-7
6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. (See, the pain of the great affliction that was put upon them, the torment from these explosions. Scorched! Turned to blackness -- the radiation and different things)
7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: (See, war's involved. Climb the walls -- sounds like pestilence. Watch.)
Joel 2:8-9
8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.
It sounds like some kind of smoke, rather than people. You see, it's a spiritual symbol that's being explained there and it seems like a pestilence has got in there. Although the Lord could use this as an actual meaning here, that He's talking here about the people. But it says they went in through the windows and crept in through the doors and all over. Sounds like some kind of pestilence poison off of something that was upon the earth and the gases of the meteorites and the gases that struck the earth from outer space and what had happened from the fallen stars and God's plagues were poured upon the earth and became a smoking couldron -- just a lake of fire over it and below it and around it and everywhere! It was just beiing renovated, baptized by fire! God ready to renovate it and bring it back iinto the millennium to His people!
Nothing can be good for His people until He burns it clean and hands it back to them! Amen! Glory to God! The earth shall quake before them; (Voom -- just jar the earth!) the heavens shall tremble: (It even trembles the heavens.)

The sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining; (Everything going into chaos -- the Lord judging the world.)
Now let's see what happens to Babylon. You'll notice that even before God poured out the great plagues in Revelation 15, during the trumpets, the two witnesses the prophets have been ministering all during the tribulation -- that's why it [great tribulation] starts at the forty-two months and to the end of the forty-two months at that great time of the tribulation period there.
Of course, there's a seven year part of the whole -- but the first seven years is a covenant that the antichrist makes, then he unveils himself in the middle of that as the supreme masterpiece of satan and then he tells them he is god, you see, at that time. Then these two prophets are up against the antichrist, and bring judgements in the earth as we told about in the trumpets. And they leave on the sixth trumpet -- they're killed, the Bible says, on the second woe and they're taken up. Read Revelation 11.
Revelation 15:1-2
1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
They [saints] were already up there, and here's the angel standing with the plagues. Now there's some of your tribulation saints.
You see, the Great Day of the Lord is different than the trumpets. The Great Day of the Lord is when He is going to judge everything at Armageddon and that's the end of Armageddon right there, when He comes down.
Now we have some tribulation saints standing up on a sea of glass there, but you see, even over here in chapter 15 and 16 explains it -- there's still somebody there, the Jews, upon the earth -- even at the end of that, after the tribulation is over. Because He said, "Behold I come as a thief" It shows that before the plagues were poured they were standing on a sea of glass. The Lord is marvelous in what He's doing here! You have to take it like He gives it -- by revelation there.
Now, Rev. 17:16, And the first Fruits were gone long before the plagues were poured out and the trumpets -- they were gone even before the trumpets -- the Manchild in Revelation 12:5.

You see people carry the Bible around in their hands and if you don't do what the Bible says [or believe every word] it will destroy you! You're carrying around your own judgment! You're carrying the Bible around, you must do what the Bible says in here and if you don't -- you're carrying around the weapon that will destroy you!

God said, do what the Bible says and the Bible will give you eternal life -- the Word of God. But if you just carry the Bible around for an argument or something or just carry it around, then that thing you're carrying around will not only judge you, but it'll beat you down and put you right in the lake of fire, and you're carrying it at the same time! It's a dangerous weapon -- that thing right here, (Bible), that's a battle axe too!
So get salvation and believe the Lord -- that's why you carry this around. You don't carry it around for any other reason, but to get the Lord and bring people to the Living God and to exalt the Almighty -- is why the Word of God is here upon the earth! Amen! That's the way you escape!
Now Babylon...
Revelation 17:16-17
16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast (those are ten powers), these shall hate the whore (this is talking about Babylon, the churches -- the evil churches, false doctrines, evil churches), and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh [atomic destruction], and burn her with fire. 17 For God hath put in their hearts (these king's hearts that once made a covenant with the beast powers) to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
See they joined in with the beast but yet they pulled back. The iron (false religion) could not hold with clay (communist powers), and the clay poured fire on them -- watch) Somebody's going to have a great war and judge Babylon. Theat's why they go up to Armageddon -- then the Lord appears there -- watch and see.
Now there's a spiritual Babylon which takes in all the different churches -- cults and otherwise. Now in the Bible, He hid who Babylon was (from world) and He hid just where it is. But we know where it's at -- sits on seven hills. We know it is involved with the Roman empre, we know that. And it is involved with East and West Europe.

The Lord knows what He's doing, He concealed that because through history many of His children would have gone premature -- that He had a work to do. Had He revealed openly what it would have been, it would have not been fulfilled like it is today, and all of the Christians at that time would have been in jeopardy. It was bad enough as it is without them really knowing just exactly who the Lord was talking about in these political and religious systems.
So He hid it until the end of times -- til it has run its full course and people of the Gospel have spread upon the earth. The Lord is wise in everything that He hides. He hides it from the world and then He slips around and talks to you through your ear and He tells you. Isn't that beautiful!
He doesn't hide it from you -- you just sit there and listen. You put your mind on God and sit and listen -- it'll come to you. First time you may not understand it all, but it'll come to you. So He hides it from the world and then He slips back and He tell you. Somebody couldn't love you any more than this! Because He puts you above anything else -- so it's the Lord, see
Remember those horns which are ten kings of power that give their power unto the beast for one hour. They turned on the beast kingdom of Babylon and burned it with fire! "Sounds like atomic desolation!"
Now Revelation 18:4
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, (See, somebody is still there before these plagues. It's some more of God's type of people. He has a gleaning, a harvest resurrection, a first fruits -- it's God!) that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
See right there - those last plagues, there's some more that are going to escape. Right there, in that verse. Some of His people, no doubt, maybe some Jews were in there -- we don't know. But they're people. It's only in the mind of God -- it's left up to Him, not for us on this. He knows what He's doing there. he said receive not of her plagues.

When He pours out those great plagues at the end of Armageddon -- it's going to be a powerful thing in there! Now, He gives one last call.
He says -- For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her, double according to her works: in the cup which she hat filled, fill to her double. (She has filled it up and that is what she is judged by.)
Revelation 18:8
8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
Their plagues shall come in one day! Desolation -- it sounds like a great explosion hit in one day on this great city and burned it with fire!
Revelation 18:9-10
9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, 10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
It literally burned it so bad until torment was in there. It sounds like a great hydrogen bomb -- or like God Himself judging that like it's never been judged before! It could be both, it could be the supernatural and man's inventions that are involved with the great judgment upon the face of the earth. Remember there is a great catclysmic, a great convulsion takes place. The iron in the Western world -- of all the religions, He's always known, Daniel said the iron. Then you have the clay which is the peole that believe in equality -- Communism. Which they say -- we'll take it all together and we'll give you part and we'll share like this. And there's a kind of people that's called false -- it's another kind, it's called clay. It's the opposite of religion -- yet, they're sort of a religion but they're not exactly. Well, they're able to form for awhile but they mingle together. But it says the religion -- the iron and the clay will not mingle together and they erupt and they break back and that's when this great explosion takes place. When it does all nations gather at Armageddon there. In one hour, brother, she was on fire in one hour, and burned, and verse 16 says:
Revelation 18:16
16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

Revelation 18:17-19
17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city?
19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
Revelation 20:11-12
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; (they fled from His face) and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Now God in His judgment -- He doesn't take long. In the plagues, it's different than the other during the tribulation. He doesn't spend time there. It's over pretty quickly, because God has judged and He gets it speedily on its way! He doesn't like judgment, but after six thousand years, He'll no longer stand for anybody to go against His Word! He's given them six thousand years upon the earth and all of those spirits that governed the earth during that period of time go up with those three frogs to battle -- the Great Day of the Lord. And the Lord completely annihilates most of them.
There are men left upon the earth, because the millennium remnant is left and they go into the great Millennium, and the thousand year millennium starts and the people of the Lord are with the Lord. Can you say amen! For the Lord has taken them to Himself!
