The bear symbolizes the power from the North. "Russia at the end, lumbering like a giant bear, will turn suddenly in a rage with vast satellite armies (Kings of the East) and will sweep southward into Palestine and Israel! Famines will be prevalent at the time! Ezekiel 38 reveals the wild starving hordes will storm down to plunder for goods and wealth! (Verse 13)  This is Armageddon when this part of the antichrist system breaks and goes against him, those who once fed from his table. Revelation 13:2 bear, Daniel 11:26, 40.

Pg 3

Daniel, when he was seeking God for this, a magnetic figure appeared to him.

Daniel 10:1

1 In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the thing was true, but the time appointed was long: and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision.

Now Nebuchadnezzar had named Daniel Belteshazzar, because that's one he felt God favored, which is Bel -- which is not God, but he named him that way. This was one of the names of the Heathen king had given him, but his name was Daniel. This time Daniel understood the vision better.

Daniel 10:2-8
2 In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks. [No wonder he understood it!] 3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled. 4 And in the four and twentieth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, which is Hiddekel; [which means Tigress, that's down by Euphrates]

5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz: [the finest gold you can see -- the Prophet saw it]  6 His body also was like the beryl, [that means a substance that's hard and mineral-like. Sort of like a tan or yellow brown -- glassy like] and his face as the appearance of lightning, [this figure came down to Daniel! His face was emanating and powerful, just like a neon light!] and his eyes as lamps of fire, [which were looking out like rubies of fire! He looked upon this figure here.] and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, [he had judgement with him!] and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude. [When he talked, it sounded like thousands talking -- like water, rushing water, to Daniel. Deity had stepped down! No angel can do that -- no, no, no!]

7 And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves. [They didn't even see the vision! It was a presence -- and they ran from the area of where this came down!] 8 Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.

Now in Chapter 2 of Daniel we remember the commodity type man, we remember the image that he saw of those kingdoms that will appear at the end of time. Now this is your real man, the real God tried in the fire, it's the real metal (armour of the spirit) -- God comes down to show you what He can appear in! I believe when this figure came down -- from here on in, through Chapter 12, Daniel went into these visions and we see Michael stand up at the end of the chapter.

Daniel had been fasting -- he had been seeking God, and this magnetic figure came down. This is the preincarnate state, you might say of Christ or God there -- before, like John saw Him similar, but He was on the Isle of Patmos after Jesus was raised from the dead and He was transfigured -- He was in a glorified body on the Isle of Patmos, which is similar to this, and you'll find it in the first few chapters of Revelation.

Pg 5

Now they fled and Daniel was alone and saw this great vision and it said his comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength, and he passed out. Then angels came back and forth and lifted him up, and this big figure -- great figure appeared off the scene and disappeared there, and they came to him.

Now Gabriel came down here, and he began to tell him that the prince of Persia had fought against him for 21 days, and Michael came -- it gives it here as one of the chief princes, but it says the first prince came. And he came down -- Michael had to come down and pushed back that kingdom for Gabriel, and he was coming to Daniel to reveal something about his people and the end of time for the Gentiles, and here he came.

Daniel 10:12-14
12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia. 14 Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days.

Now it's supposed to happen in the latter days. But I will show thee what it is noted in the Scriptures of truth, and there is none that holdeth with me in these things except Michael your prince. Because Gabriel had gotten this from God there. Daniel had been seeking God, he had had the visions that we went through the last few nights. Daniel chapters 2, 7, and 8 on those animals. He wanted to know more about them and he began to seek God and Gabriel came and said he will reveal more to him, that he would understand it, so that's what he was seeking God about.

So we'll turn our attention to Chapter 11 and it has the overthrow of Persia by the king of Grecia, now there's that young General again, and the kings of the north and the south and different minor kings rising and falling here. And the invasions and the tyranny of Rome, when it stands up in there.

I thought it was good to bring in that magnetic figure of God as he stood then! You see, Daniel was saluted, and Gabriel said to him, "Thou art greatly beloved." And God came down in a figure He creates with, and He stood there and Daniel got to see Him. He saluted Daniel's work! It was at the end of Daniel's days upon the earth nearly and the Lord saluted him for all the time in Babylon.

Pg 6

And God Himself came down and touched him and said farewell! Praise God!

Daniel 11:1-2

1 Also I in the first year of Darius the Mede, even I, stood to confirm and to strengthen him.
2 And now will I shew thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than they all: and by his strength through his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia.

That was his mistake, young General was coming, and he stood him up and Alexander swept down fast and powerful on the face of the earth. He leaped across the Hellespont in goat-like fashion, conquered most of the world, swept clear into India and came right straight back up and all of the Phoenician area there and Egypt and all through there. So quick they could hardly see him -- he was like lightning conquest. He's known as the greatest conqueror of all time for his age -- he was 32 when he died, he had conquered the world.

Editor's Note: Thinking about numbers, 32: if the rapture were to take place in or near 2028, then Armageddon would end the antichrist's rule in or near 2032.

Daniel 11:3-4
3 And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will. 4 And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of heaven; and not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion which he ruled: for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others beside those.

He'll do anything he wants to do. He [Alexander] finally drank a lot of liquor at one time and he killed himself in debauchery. He was broken in the height of his power in that he-goat last message we spoke of.

The four generals that got the kingdom, they lost it too. Now these are minor kingdoms rising, falling and even down through here is speaks of the vessels and things they took out of different places as we go. And Antiochus, was raised up there Epiphanes was his name. He ruled for awhile and he blasphemed and he went through the temples of the Jews and he had troubles down there and the Maccabees ran him off and different things happened.

Danield pierced the veil of the future and he went right 2500 years in advance and struck right here where we are tonight and passed there right on into the Millennium! God was with him!

Pg 7

Now we're getting into where the major things begin after Alexander's kingdom and these other fellows and the four Generals went off the scene.

Daniel 11:20-21
20 Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. 21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.

Now long about this time the Pagan Rome is come into power in here and the tax is raised worldwide, which we'll have a worldwide tax before this is over with in the world no doubt later. Because it was taxed this way at the time it will probably prove out of what's going to happen at the end.

Now here in verse 21 is where this religious figure, this vile person comes in by prosperity and peace -- he'll just come in there peaceably and he'll obtain the kingdom through flatteries. Now vile is depraved, disgusting person -- the type of person that is evil, wicked and he comes in with flattery and he begins to flatter them in there. He didn't break the kingdom like these conquerors.

Notice this, it's different right now. Every night we've seen them choler, fury, force, power in there. But he doesn't come this way at first, he comes in and takes it by flatteries and he just comes right on in there you see. This is way down in Pergamos about the time it began to shift and moved over toward Pagan Rome! He comes in, see there's no war here, he just flatters his way in there and he says here, this here, and he tells them how good they are here and their money and this way and that way and he just goes right on in!

Daniel 11:22-23
22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant. 23 And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people.

Now we know in the Pergamos church ages in there, when the Babylonian religion lifted and went right straight to the pagans (Roman Empire).

Daniel 11:24
24 He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers' fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time.

Pg 8

Oh, he'll take things and give to them to bring them closer to him. It's like a spirit of communism with him -- the same spirit. He can agree with them too, and he will work right with them, watch and see. He's only doing this to get more of what they got, and the spoil and riches. He'll just tell them what he's going to do and that settles it.

Daniel 11:25
25 And he shall stir up his power and his courage against the king of the south with a great army; and the king of the south shall be stirred up to battle with a very great and mighty army; but he shall not stand: for they shall forecast devices against him.

Now this here shows a preview of destruction of him then it comes right back and shows again of him coming into power!

Daniel 11:26
26 Yea, they that feed of the portion of his meat shall destroy him, and his army shall overflow: and many shall fall down slain.

Yes, they that feed of the portion of his meat, those who he helped, those who began to come around his table and all those who were around him and worshipped him and all these things -- they shall destroy him, the very ones who fed from him shall destroy him! The iron breaks from the clay and Armageddon! See, he's got the same spirit as Communism. He can work with them, he can work with apostate Protestants, he can work with anything -- he can work there.

Daniel 11:27-30
27 And both these kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed.
28 Then shall he return into his land with great riches; and his heart shall be against the holy covenant; and he shall do exploits, and return to his own land.

29 At the time appointed he shall return, and come toward the south; but it shall not be as the former, or as the latter.

30 For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant.

Now they will instigate their worship again in Israel. The Israelites will, but he will be against them finally. He makes a seven year covenant but he breaks it and goes against them!

Daniel 11:31
31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, [that means the sanctuary of God!] and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

Pg 9

You remember "Bel" in Babylon, that was the patron god to Babylon! Now he will put an idol right on the battlements and he'll place it right in the holy Temple of God! Paul said, sitting in the Temple of God and he says that he is God!

They don't go against him right then -- he has all power behind him in there on the world scene and armies! So he places the abomination that maketh desolate! Now notice, Gabriel told Daniel -- said, this shall be "in the latter end!" The "last days" this will take place, not when Christ came, not down in there -- this would take place at the last days of time in here that he does this. That's what Gabriel the angel told the prophet.

Daniel 11:32-35
32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.
34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries.

35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.

Now he wouldn't call himself god if he was not a religious figure. No one would worship him! So it shows religion! How many of you are behind me? Why certainly it show that! You don't worship anybody who's not connected to religion like that!

Daniel 11:36
36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.

He will blaspheme God! He'll look up in the heavens and blaspheme Him and he'll say "I am god, there is no other god but me!" Now he's going to act like God. Says here that he's above God -- Paul said he's above Him -- Ezekiel the same way in 28 gives it.

Daniel 11:37
37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

Out with the women! He just wants all the riches and stuff! Now we just got through with some of the greatest conquerors the history of the world has even seen -- night after night they rise and fall and powerful! But this fellow comes on and he's possessed with all the power of all of them involved with him there!  The lightning power of Alexander, the kingdom of Babylon in gold -- he's powerful, rich.

Pg 10

All is together now, those conquerors are nothing compared to what the incarnate demon powers who get into this fellow here. Oh brother,
