Although Neal Frisby had been writing the Capstone scrolls and monthly news letters, he had not spoken publicly in over 5 yrs. This message was the first one delivered in the newly constructed Capstone cathedral.

Here's the light of God! I'm going to touch thee, saith the Lord, and thou shalt see itin thine life, yield to Me in My word with all of thine heart. Here is is, I am upon thee and I'm going to anoint thee! I am going to give thee peace, thou has not had peace in thine heart. Praise Me, saith the Lord.

Behold, saith the Lord, and you remember I am the one that's speaking. I'm going to strengthen thine legs and I'm going to begin to mend thy body, and it shall be mended. I am the Lord that doeth it!

Behold, saith the Lord, the Word has gone forth and I know you, saith the Lord, and I have heard thee. I am going to touch thine back and I'm going to touch thy neck! Move it! Saith the Lord!

Now your body is stengthening, saith the Lord, and it's strengthening, and you walk in My strength instead of your own! You walk in My strength, and you let ME talk, and you let Me do these things and you come closer to me! Believe in Me always and I'll go with you!

And where I am at, Satan cannot stay -- even since I cast hime from the throne, he can no longer enter my presence where I am at!​

I've had my hand on thee and I've called thee, and thou knowest in thine heart ye have obeyed Me when I have spoken! And you have helped others and the Lord's eye has not been short, but I have seen it! And Satan, because you helped others, has said "I will hinder her". But, Saith the Lord, he'll not hinder you -- and I challenge you, Satan, turn that arthritis loose in this woman, saith God, and let her be well!

Behold, I am the only one that can create, I'm the only one that can mend thine body -- yield all thine heart becasue My fire is upon thee right now!@ I create the ear drums back making them new!

Behold, saith the Lord, those that pass under My Rod have passed under the wings of the Almighty, for the Rod is symbolic of Me! and behold, saith the Lord, My light and Power is upon it, like the light that you see! And ye that pass under it, believing in your heart, ye have been chosen to see special things of the Lord in this generation! And the time I shall come in front of you, ye shall have your eyes opened and ye shall see things that ye have not seen before! For the Lord hath called it in this manner, and He shall stand by those and protect those as they pass, believing, under the Rod of the Almighty!

Did not I say, already in the Scriptures, did not I repeat and say, that ye shall rule the nations -- the Man Child shall rule the nations with a rod of iron? Behold, I said it! I shall bring it to pass and Mine elect shall sit with Me and they shall rule, saith God, with Me! Now pass, saith the Lord, under it and a blessing shall be upon thee and thou hast been favored and shall see the things that shall come upon this generation! Thou shall see the new wonders of the Lord the new things that be of God. Notice, the whole world is not here, the whole city's not here, the whole country is not here -- but yea, a certain group of people are here to see this wonder! Pass under it and give praise to Me and I will touch thy body the same as when I sent Moses as a sign with his staff rod, saith the Lord God!
