The following notes and excerpts are taken from the message delivered by Evangelist Neal Frisby on December 2, 1971. These excerpts do not represent all pertinent statements from the message. Although Neal Frisby had been writing the Capstone scrolls and monthly news letters, he had not spoken publicly in over 5 yrs. This message was the first one delivered in the newly constructed Capstone cathedral.

Indirectly or directly the lukewarm protestants are going to begin to gather. The Holy Spirit will be poured out in there and no doubt, according to faith, there will be some in there that seemingly look like God moving in organizations among the hearts who have faith. But it will grow deeper and deeper and then darker and darker and then they'll begin to pull away from what you call the fundamental truths. And after you're led a long ways down the line, it'll return to the arenas in Rome like when they fed them to the lions! It is the Word of the Lord! And even as Paul was crucified and killed, the same things shall occur. He was a type and a sign when he was sent to Rome! And behold, saith the Lord, all those who go [join the romish system] shall see the same things befall them, shall they continue into the darkness after the Lord hath warned with great light! And the Lord sent His messengers and look what they did. This was for a sign, saith the Lord, that at the end, millions would die in the same fashion. For they did not heed my Word neither the words of the Apostle, the chief that I called among the disciples. Still backing that apostle up! Still backing him up! His word is true, it will remain true until we see the Lord! And there's where she [the church] stands -- on their way to Rome!

And the ones who are predestined in this, they will believe the Lord! And the wise who are predestined to come out of that Babylon thing, they are predestined and they will not go on but they'll turn back and that's when God is going to give a Great Rain to His chosen.

Those people [Elect] will worship in their homes before they'll go all the way with that [system] because God has a certain group who will not go all the way! That SOUND and the VOICE out in there, boy, He's going to really shake!

Reading from Scroll 5:
GOLD — I am shown a monarch, remarkable, rich and powerful. (Nebuchadnezzar) One like this in riches will arise at the end time. I see that in this kingdom (Babylon) is where God turns a mans heart into a beast 7 years. Dan. 4:25— I see an image appear also! This is strange, I now see another man in the last kingdom on earth whose heart is turned into a beast. (The anti-christ, insane world ruler and a image appears in this last one also. Modern (Rome) Babylon Rev. 17:5-8 and 13:14 (Thus saith the Lord!) The U.S.A., Israel and England will go through great tribulation for being involved with Babylon (Catholics) at the end. I see a fierce lion walks here. Dan. 7:4.
IMAGE — Now I see his breast and his arms of silver. Two Kings appear, Cyrus and Darius, they have not the wealth, as the one before them. They have a dual kingdom — Medes— and Persians. Communism comes through here at the end. I see a bear walk out here. Dan. 7:5
I LOOK AT — his belly and his thighs of brass, Now I see a mighty King go forth, to take their kingdom. A young man goes forth to conquer. The kingdom falls into his hands. The name is Alexander the Great. He’s shrewed and more vicious then the kingdom before him. Now I see him! exhaust his body in Alcohol and perversion. The kingdom divides. His work is finished. At 32 he passes into darkness. I see a satanic prince like him in (swiftness) arise at the end. I see the same spirit enter the little horn.

Four generals stood up, Daniel saw them like the four winds and his kingdom was split in four different directions! One went into Egypt, Gassandar went one way, Ptolemy went another way and the different generals went another way; there were four of them, one in Egypt and one in Liberisa and they split up the kingdom!

We go on down and the generals that had taken those kingdoms from Alexander -- Rome began to appear on the scene. "The little Horn" began to arise, looking toward the pleasant land, the holy land! And when Rome arose in great power it was the iron kingdom and they took these other ingdoms over and then the legs split -- the western Rome empire went one way and the easter empire went the other way. And they split and there's your two legs of iron that Daniel saw, which is Rome!

And then toward the end of time, Daniel looked, after he saw the splitting of the legs when the big empire split up from Rome -- the little horn. He looked and he saw at the end, his feet of iron and clay on both sides. The iron came together again uniting to communism. He looked around -- saw a terrible beast, horrible beast and it was the last one to arise upon the earth! And Daniel said that he saw clay begin to come into the iron, and we know that clay is like man. False equality, like unto Communism. And we know iron is religion -- always was imitating God -- the anti-christ.

And John saw all of these old kingdoms coming back once more. All of them, the east and the west and the north and the south united as one world confederation. One hour after the western world united through religion -- all religion -- went into battle and then in one hour John says, that he saw these kings and they gave their power to Babylon and the whole world was united.

The last kingdom comes into power, and the image stands up -- the whole world looks to the little horn -- Beast 666! A Satanic prince, I see him with a wicked woman by the hand -- Babylon, Catholic! A fallen eagle by his side -- Israel, the covenant and the United States.

He has one crown upon another -- three [false imitation]. Imitating the crown of God that you saw, the triple crown of the Almighty that's in heaven. I hear him speak great things, he says "I rule the Heavens! He's a liar -- he was thrown out! He says, "I rule the earth, I rule the regions below -- purgatory. And I make the nations to tremble -- I've got all the gold, I've got everybody, all the armies behind me -- they're looking unto me for work and food." God called him and said "Yea thou art a man although thou asrt wiser than Daniel, and by thine wisdom thou has gotten much treasure. For there is no secret thing upon the earth hidden from thee. Only the Wisdom of the Lord is hidden from thee, had ye have kept it in the beginning."

With the very light that the Lord put in Satan -- a creaste light -- that light's going to explode into hell fire itself. Watch and see!

He [anti-christ] says, "I have brought peace, but he lies. I see a great war follows -- millions die! Suddenly a pale horse comes into view and the Lord reveals Rev. 6:8. The rider is death and a fire follows him -- the iron and the clay break. I see him gather them into a place called Armageddon, the earth shakes and the heavens light up and every eye sees the King of Kings -- Jesus.

I am on thee, saith the Lord, you canfeel Me now -- here I am -- I am going to guide thee, I will help thee and as ye listen to the Lord, read My Word, keep it in thine heart and always lift Me up and I will left thee up, saith the Lord. And thou shall walk upon those troubles and things that have troubled thee and I shasll take the load -- for I am the Lord -- there I am, can ye feel Me?

Now, little daughter, I know all about you -- you could be closer to Me -- that's why so much as been happening. And I want you to draw close because I'm going to touch you, but you're going to yield to my word. I'm going to touch your back, and I'm going to mend it -- now it's going to come down through your spine -- thou art healed in thine backward parts. Healing you, saith the Lord, and I have touched thee, thou art healed in the back. Bend over, saith the LORD.
