The following notes and excerpts are taken from the message delivered by Evangelist Neal Frisby. These excerpts do not represent all pertinent statements from the message.

Editors Note: Daniel Chapter 4 captures Nebuchadnezzar's great testimony.

He was a king that was up and down, up and down, he knew God was real, yet he couldn't stay away from his [false] gods, because he didn't have the Spirit of God.

Nebuchadnezzar had an important part with Daniel, he was a prophetic figure, he foreshadowed events that would again occur at the end of time through other personalities.

The tremendous visions and the visions that were fine as a sword's edge -- never failed in Daniel's visions right through history they've taken place, one right after the other. Each conqueror coming and falling, rising and falling, rising and falling -- then at the end of time in Revelation Chapter 17 we see them all gathered back together under the antichrist system and the power of the beast as they unite.

So we're going into this portion of the unusual dream and visions that Nebuchadnezzar had concerning the tree, the watchers and the holy ones. Now the dream of judgment -- the dream was of a judgment tree. The pendulum swings finally and catches up with the heathen king -- he was an absolute monarch but he just couldn't bring himself under the power of God!

All the things he had seen God do in the kingdom, all the deliverances Daniel had brought and all of the signs and wonders that Nebuchadnezzar had seen and he still would not give his heart over to God! He seemingly wanted to take all of the credit of the great Babylon and the great empire and even some of the things the Hebrew children and Daniel had done. He wanted to leave God out of his program so that he would wind up as absoluteness!

Well the Lord said, I've showed you so many signs and My word has been preached from Daniel through to you. Now he told Nebuchadnezzar, I'm going to give you a lesson and you will learn the hard way! it would have been wonderful at the beginning when Nebuchadnezzar met Daniel if he would have changed then instead of at the end of his life!

Nebuchadnezzar had a strange dream... It was in the latter part of his reign but he gives a remarkable testimony of God's saving grace at the end of all these things that happened to him. It is found in the 4th Chapter of Daniel and it's a vital chapter. It reveals the unseen powers which have much to do with guiding the course of world history and the rulers of this world. In the events of the chapter we see God's attitude towards the arrogance of men and how He eventually humbles and brings low those who disobey Him when He sends forth His word!

In the seventh year period of insanity of Nebuchadnezzar there is a foreshadowing, a type of the debasement and the mentality of mankind which will be upon the earth in the last years of this age! The seven times that passed over Nebuchadnezzar also foreshadow the seven times that were to pass over Israel as judgment for her pride and her great whordoms and apostasy, spoken of by Moses in Deuteronomy 28.

The event recorded in Daniel Chapter 4 is remarkable, a wonderful testimony given by the most absolute monarch in the world at that time. Nebuchadnezzar was a boastful ruler and he went under a very humbling experience and when he came out of it, he was a different man -- whose testimony is one of the most profound testimonies recorded in the sacred scriptures! This man's testimony reveals the grace of God even after all of the things he had done wrong. Only the conversions of Apostle Paul of Tarsus would even match this that God did for Nebuchadnezzar. Remember, the even shows the power of divine grace beyond a shadow of a doubt!

In this dream the king had seen a great tree that grew in the midst of the earth and the height thereof reached unto heaven, the tree referred to was Nebuchadnezzar -- he was the great tree! In the Scriptures it [tree] is always a symbol of a ruler or a kingdom of unusual power and influence.

The third world empire -- Babylon! The ruler, monarch -- Nebuchadnezzar!

Daniel 4:1

Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you.

Now Nebuchadnezzar gives his own account of what happened and what they told him occurred during his insanity and then he was restored.

Daniel 4:2-3
2 I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high God hath wrought toward me.
3 How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation.

Nebuchadnezzar positioned God as the high God. He first had to suffer much before he could give this testimony! We see here, if God could take a king like this and turn him around that he himself exalted the Lord, then it shows hope when Jesus said that all things are possible for the rich, the poor, the meek, the humble -- all colors and races. God would move, should they lift their hearts up to Him rather than man. But to exalt the living God!

And Nebuchadnezzar said..

Daniel 4:4-5
4 I Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and flourishing in my palace: 5 I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me.

Now this dream was different than in Daniel Chapter 2 where he had seen the great image. It was different than anything that occurred to him and it made him afraid far more than the other visions and dreams he had seen before this -- when he had called Daniel.

Daniel 4:6-7
6 Therefore made I a decree to bring in all the wise men of Babylon before me, that they might make known unto me the interpretation of the dream. 7 Then came in the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers: and I told the dream before them; but they did not make known unto me the interpretation thereof.

No one could make known to Nebuchadnezzar and he knew they couldn't do it because they had failed him before. See, the false come in first -- many times as a rule, and they set up everything. But he knew there was one who could do it!

Daniel 4:8
8 But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying,

The king named Daniel Belteshazzar to hang onto his false god. He had more gods see, there's only one true God but he's trying to say holy gods. He got mixed up with some of those angels and things that he had seen and all the other things.

Daniel 4:9
9 O Belteshazzar [Daniel], master of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee, and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof.

Nebuchadnezzar had put Daniel over all the magicians and all the astrologers and Daniel taught them the word of God the best he knew how. But he knew with their kind of art that they would not listen to him but yet he was over that kingdom. But he had no part of what they did, it just said that he was over them. Also he was over the province and he was over many other important jobs beside just this.

Nebuchadnezzar began to relate to him what he had seen. See, he called for Daniel last. Why? Because he knew Daniel lived for God and he knew he was not living where he should be for what he had seen [in his lifetime]. He was embarrassed to stand again before Daniel -- he had to humble himself again before Daniel. Daniel sat at the gate and was much wiser than Nebuchadnezzar. However, Nebuchadnezzar was one of the greatest wits the world has ever known. Because he built one of the greatest cities, they claim, that the earth has ever seen!

Even in our day it's hard to imagine the great walls he built around the palace and the hanging gardens -- one of the seven wonders of the world! Only the Pyramids match what he did in Babylon at the time! His kingdom was a powerful one and "he was known as the head of gold" -- in chapter 2 of Daniel, which Daniel saw and interpreted to him. Which meant he was superior order when he set the kingdom up at that time. It even was greater than the kingdoms that were before him and most of them after him as far as the vital richness and as far as the purness that was involved with the goods that he had and the things he had in the kingdom, including the wisdom of Daniel and the Hebrew children, it was a great kingdom!

So Nebuchadnezzar was embarrassed to call Daniel in because he wasn't living the life and he knew that he ought to live the life of God.

Daniel 4:10-11
10 Thus were the visions of mine head in my bed; I saw, and behold a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great. 11 The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth:

Now this tree was Nebuchadnezzar and it depicted his kingdom -- the same as the ehead of gold, it depicted the great kingdom. Now trees in the Bible, they're prophetic -- they're a symbol of kingdoms and of rulers. Ezekiel tod us that in the Book of Ezekiel and Jesus referred to the tree, the great mustard tree as a kingdom where the birds would light in it and all of this -- the kingdom of Christiandom and all of that.

Daniel 4:12-13
12 The leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all flesh was fed of it.
13 I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven;

The Lord Jesus Christ or this was the angel of the Lord, a holy one he called him, came from heaven. This was probably a pre-incarnate state of Christ like Daniel saw in Chapter 10 or like John saw on the Isle of Patmos. John saw him in His glorified state.

Nevertheless, this holy one came down and he was a watcher and also angels and watchers came down. They're the ones that called the judgment against Nebuchadnezzar, they'd been watching the kingdom there. Daniel knew it was coming! He knew it was coming to that king, he knew that things weren't right there! He saw the watchers and the watchers came down.

Daniel 4:14
14 He cried aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit: let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches:

You see, this great kingdom -- God was going to do something strange and odd to most people, but He did it! History would like to forget this in their books but it happened. Even Daniel and the Hebrew children were down there. It's in history and Nebuchadnezzar is in history too and his great kingdom. But they'd like to forget this part wehre he turned into a beast and came back again as God restored him. Now this also foreshadows at the end of time the great tree of Babylon [mystery Babylon].

It shows also in that kingdom that a man will be turned into a beast, it also reveals in the kingdom that God will take it finally at the end and redeem it back to His saints. It shows the judgment, the watchers, the angels, the holy ones coming out of heaven in Revelation Chapter 17 and 18 -- about the cry "great Babylon, great Babylon" and the Lord said, "double unto her, double unto her! Well that's the great tree in Revelation, and Nebuchadnezzar is giving us a prophetic figure of it. Hew it down clear to the branches, cut it down to the roots the Bible says. So this is a prophetic picture right here and as we read right here in v 15.

Daniel 4:15
15 Nevertheless leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth:

Now you see here they're getting ready at the end after Babylon is judged at the end of the world in the Book of Revelation -- There will be a small remnant come out of the earth will make up the millennium for a thousand years before the white throne judgment occurs -- and they will be upon the earth and this speaks also of that and how the Lord will do it.

Daniel 4:16
16 Let his heart be changed from man's, and let a beast's heart be given unto him; and let seven times pass over him.

Seven years. This is a type of the antichrist during the seven years of tribulation -- only the antichrist gets extremely insane during the last 3 1/2 years, more so than the first half. He goes into his complete diabolical character. This also reveals a type of the world, which goes through a form of the same kind of madness during this time the antichrist is upon the earth. Then it prepares, at the bottom of the tree it said, leave the roots. It prepares a portion of the earth in the grass and everything it says there -- a portion of the earth is left for the millennium.

Then it said here with Nebuchadnezzar -- it said leave the roots, it sad leave a portion there and then the Lord will restore it back like similar to the millennium -- Nebuchadnezzar will take his kingdom back and his brightness will be restored to him, as we get on through this fascinating story of history.

Daniel 4:17
17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.

You see, they know each kingdom on the earth and it's these watchers and these holy ones and the Holy One and the Watcher -- which is separate from the holy ones and the holy watchers, because this One rules them all!

And it says, "to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men."

He can set up a horrible man or He can set up a king! Whatever the earth is doing, if they'll live for God -- He'll give them a good one [leader], if they go into sin and chaos then they'll get an evil one. But the Lord has His holy watchers, He has His angels watching each principality in this world and they are all being watched. The Lord says when one shall come and when one shall go. We are in time allotments ourselves, we come and leave the earth as God says! Because He predetermines by His council and the seed hits the earth and it leaves the earth and it leaves the earth and no man can stay His hand! Nebuchadnezzar said no one can stay His hand, at the end of this great thing that occurred to Nebuchadnezzar.

Daniel 4:18
18 This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation: but thou art able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in thee.

He saw these, what he called gods, and holy watchers and visions of angels and the holy ones and watchers coming and going; he thought they were all gods. But those were under the power and authority of the Most High God, they were only working for God. But he knew one thing, you could see the faith in Nebuchadnezzar -- he said, but you can do it, Daniel! Boy, he knew Daniel had the power of God with him. He had complete confidence Daniel would not let him down!

Daniel 4:19
19 Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream be to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.

Imagine this was that when they saw Nebuchadnezzar being judged that they would probably be happy about it and that his enemies would rejoice over it around the countries, but still they could do nothing about it. Because Daniel ruled in the kingdom province. he watched the kingdom with the holy angel with him as Nebuchadnezzar went through this great trial, for the posterity, for us, at the end of the world that some man also in the world would turn to a beast, but he would not return back like Nebuchadnezzar -- he will go on into the pits of Hell. But this was to show us something would occur in a human being at the end of time also in the "city of Babylon" that would happen in the "system of Babylon" and this would occur!

Daniel hesitated to tell the bad news to the king, he didn't know how to go about it, so he brought that part in about his enemies and so forth. He hesitated, he knew this was going to be horrible and it was going to be something that even the king himself might not want to agree with. But Daniel said to himself, "I will tell what God has showed me".

Daniel 4:20-21
20 The tree that thou sawest, which grew, and was strong, whose height reached unto the heaven, and the sight thereof to all the earth; 21 Whose leaves were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation:

Remember, Nebuchadnezzar ruled all over the inhabitable earth at that time where the population was. He had an abundance of everything and it was the best of everything! Everybody could enjoy themselves, he had plenty for everybody! Other kingdoms even enjoyed it, that dwelt there!

Different rulers, different ones would rest up in his trees -- different men in positions would rest there and be fed by the great kingdom of Babylon at that time. He had commercial trade probably with all of them and everybody was doing and faring real good -- "just like at the end of time when commercial Babylon begins to do trade with the entire world!

Daniel 4:22-23
22 It is thou, O king, that art grown and become strong: for thy greatness is grown, and reacheth unto heaven, and thy dominion to the end of the earth.
23 And whereas the king saw a watcher and an holy one coming down from heaven, and saying, Hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him;

Now that was Nebuchadnezzar going into beast form. One thing is this, the seven-year insanity of Nebuchadnezzar no doubt foreshadows a mad character of a seven-year rule -- the last dictator of the Gentiles. He'll have madness and insanity and insanity will also seize upon the people in the same manner! A proud and apostate religious system will be deceived by this beast at the end of time. This period will last for seven years with the last 3 1/2 being the most deperate and severe period of the entire history of the world! Yet we see this, as the stump of the great tree remains -- so the judgment of the great and terrible day of the Lord will not result in the destruction of the entire population of the Gentile nations. It means that certain remnant will be left.

When God's judgments are in the earth, the nations will learn righteousness.

Isaiah 26:9

9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

And the exaltation of the Gentile world will be humbled -- but there will be a small portion saved out of the nations to enter into the millennium. Revelation 20.

Now this Nebuchadnezzar was going through and the great prophet Daniel standing there to take over and to watch over his kingdom at this time with his other leaders. He was standing there, and Daniel began to give him the true interpretation of all of it now.

Daniel 4:24-25
24 This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the most High (he met God head-on!), which is come upon my lord the king: 25 That they [the angels and the watchers) shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times (seven years) shall pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

God knows every ruler which shall come and go. He knew every one of those seven world rulers it gives in the Book of Revelation. He knew each one which would come to his rightful mountain -- which is kingdom -- and his rightful head. He knew each one that would rule that, He knew each one who would fall.

He knows who the antichrist is -- He knows his name, he knows what seed, He knows where he came, even though the generations down and what seed he came out of -- clear from the seed of Cain -- right back into the garden of Eden! He knows who the false prophet will be, He knows the apostate leaders of Christianity in the United States! He knows the deceiver who also shall rise -- there will be one rise in this nation. He knows these things, God knows every ruler who will be in position next year and three years until the end of time and even clear on through the millennium.

He knows all things! Nothing is hidden from Him! He predetermines all things in His counsel, and knoweth and there's nothing hidden from Him -- it is all revealed to Him! What is occurring here, as I've said before and would like to bring out.

This king Nebuchadnezzar was going through this to show us at the end of time, a man would rise in a system and he would be turned to a beast, and mistreat the people and they would be savage beasts with him upon the earth -- the ten kings and they would rule upon the earth with him, bringing havoc and terror and bloodshed -- worse than Adolf Hitler ever thought about! Worse than any conqueror before! It's a mania which the world has never seen!

He will be a beast like a wild animal and he'll control all wealth and all gold and all silver and all money and all commerce and all land and all food -- he will have it put into his hands and he will rule and it will be iron [religious], because the beast had iron in his legs clear down to the end of time!

And his teeth -- in Daniel's vision in Chapter 7 or 8 there -- it showed the teeth of iron in this huge image that we will be going through later on -- we'll be talking about many more of these wonderful visions and terrible things and calamaties that are to befall the earth.

Now we know this, he began to give him the interpretation..

Daniel 4:26
26 And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.

The kingdom will be returned back to Nebuchadnezzar. In other words, Nebuchadnezzar, you will know that the heavens rule when you get through with this experience and you're doing it for another reason, to help the people at the end of time to foresee these ominous events that will come upon the world scene.

Now the systems of the earth will learn to see the righteousness of God. They will stand there in evil and run and hide under the rocks from the One that's righteous! And at the end of time, they will see heaven rules heaven and earth and that God is the ruler of ALL things! They will learn, like Nebuchadnezzar through this great Tribulation period, and through the great chaos of Armageddon -- that the Most High God ruleth! Of course, too late for them at that time -- that does not take the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior.

They're thrown into the pits of Hell and they're cast into prisons and put away in the lake of fire. But there's a remnant that escapes and goes into the millennium -- and we know that those are the seed that God has called for and no man knoweth who they are, but the Lord Himself knows. Revelation 20.

Daniel 4:27

27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.

See, the king was in deep sin. There's somebody who asked him for help and possibly some of those were the Jewish people that were in his kingdom.

You know Nebuchadnezzar went to Solomon's Temple, way later after Solomon had left the scene -- and plundered it and there was another king that was ruling there, and he went there and plundered it and took the gold out of there. God allowed him to do it, because they [Jews] were in such horrible sins and idolatry and they were reeking in idolatry at that time.

So Nebuchadnezzar plundered it several times and brought back into captivity the Jews down into his great kingdom to work in science and also to help him construct man of the buildings he had planned.

Daniel was the foremost among all of them including -- and also the Hebrew children was of the royal seed who were there from Israel and he probably didn't take care -- now Daniel and the Hebrew children, why, he did. But some of the Jews, he might not have helped those Jews -- possibly they asked to go back home or many different things, we know they did under Cyrus, which came later on in history, did let the Jews go back home -- when Daniel was dealing with the seventy weeks and the seventy year captivity.

They were in Babylon for seventy years and then they were to go home and then Daniel's famous seventieth weeks occurred too, which showed four hundred and eighty three years in advance and then Christ would appear upon the scene and then the seventy weeks right down and the last one would be finished at the end of time.

So we see, Nebuchadnezzar didn't show any mercy on the poor. It said, "if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility". All this came upon the king Nebuchadnezzar. At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon. Now you see, he said to himself -- the torture of waiting to go through this is more than I can bear. Now Nebuchadnezzar knew how to bring God out. He proved that with the fiery furnace -- he proved it many times. He knew how, that he could see what God was going to do -- he knew God was real and he knew he had to do something, the pressure of the vision that he had and the dream that Daniel told him would come to pass.

He couldn't stand it any longer, so he was going to draw this thing to a head, so he walked out and here's what he said.

Daniel 4:28-30
28 All this came upon the king Nebuchadnezzar. 29 At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon. 30 The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?

He was boasting what he had done there -- never gave Daniel any credit, the Hebrew children any credit, no one else. See a spirit of arrogance had got into him in such a measure -- it was a vast kingdom, he was world ruler at that time! At the end of time, that beast power -- the beast power in the people will say, and especially the antichrist, "Is not this great kingdom that I built? Is not this great Babylon which controls the world? For my majesty and power! I rule the world! Is not this my great dominion?"

The antichrist will boast and the people will boast -- and they'll blaspheme the God of heaven it says in the Bible. But while they yet speak a voice from heaven says -- "judge Babylon and mete out to her double unto her what she's done to the prophets and the blood she has shed." And while yet the great king upon the earth at that time or the infamous king -- the antichrist as he rules, while it's still yet in his mouth, the Lord will let the holy ones and the watchers and the angels come down and weigh Babylon in the balances of Hell and she will be corrupted and boiling with smoke as God destroys her from the face of the earth. You can get a picture of it in Revelation 18. This also depicts that they'll say the same things as this king did in past history.

After he had said that it says:

Daniel 4:31-33
31 While the word was in the king's mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. 32 And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
33 The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles' feathers, and his nails like birds' claws.

What a horrible sight and a condition for a man suddenly to be transformed in! And he crawled on all fours in his insanity and ate grass in the field! He went completely -- this world ruler, who controlled the world -- went completely insane!

Nevertheless, Daniel watched his kingdom until God returned it to him. The Lord was sending him through an experience here and he would know. I would like to say this for the people. Now east and West Europe will unite. Already we see Western Europe uniting under the common market and NATO -- which is a forerunner or predecessor to the great kingdom of the beast, which shall come and control that as well as make covenants with the Jews and with all the Communists and all the rest of the world so he can rule it. And even be in a covenant with the United States -- now watch.

Besides the beast which takes over and begins in that part of the world, we have also a deceiver or a leader, let's say, that will come in the United States. There will eventually arise some false dictator in this nation who will overthrow our institutions and end personal liberty in this country. He will be a false prophet [religious] -- a false one.

Whether it's a woman involved with together, or a man -- Rev. 13:12-16 reveals the false prophet one "as a he" -- it will be a ruler that overthrows our institutions of freedom, and will come in just as a serpent would crawl up through the grass and into a tree, and then reveal itself -- too late.

The reason I say whether a woman or a man, there will be a false prophet. He will arise in great power and position and of course there will be a woman symbol or type of church influence like. (Rev. 2:20-23). It will be like Ahab and Jezebel, (the false church control) although Ahab ruled, Jezebel told him what to do, with their false prophets.

We'll see the same type, or something similar in the United States. There will arise a leader and he will lead America -- or this person will lead America astray. A spellbinder, a cunning crafty man, innocent looking but fierce and diabolical. This nation will bow to the beast powers.

Also in Rev. 13 around verse 12 through the end of it, reveals a lamb coming up out of the earth with two horns -- a beast coming up out of the earth like a lamb with two horns! It shows absolute church and state power! Laodicia, the apostate -- the dead, lukewarm systems of protestantism and the governmental realms mixed and mingled together.

It reveals that this leader and the religious people in this nation and the evil and the psychics and the idolators will form together an image unto the beast of Babylon, Rome. It will be an image and on the penalty of death they will cause everyone to bow or they can't buy, sell, work, eat or anything -- it will come! It is close to coming now! It will arise, it's on the horizon, it will come to this nation.

Now this image is probably a federation of all churches uniting directly or indirectly and making an image, in other words, acting just like Romanism, Catholicism, Babylonianism, heathenism -- all of it will be intermingled together.

And we find out the Laodicean system is recorded in Revelation Chapter 3:14-17. That great apostate system, of all the systems that have corrupted themselves in the United States will make an image and act just like the Babylonian system and give homage unto that system and work together with it, thinking they are briinging peace to the earth and wealth to the earth -- when they're only fooling themselves.

They won't bring anything but judgment upon the world and the people will go for the gain saying, like Kora and Dathan at the time the children of Israel came out of Egypt, when they built the golden calf and had them dancing around it -- it will be the same way. This has taken place, the formation in Europe is already occurring in Western Europe. The United States is occurring underneath and we're beginning to see the eruptions of it now as these different people are trying to get in positions and different strongholds here.

We won't know what a good man is until after this is over with -- the people of this nation won't know it. They won't know. We've had some mighty good presidents in history, but I'll tell you at the end will come an evil, and evil personality. A spell binder, that at first will look innocent and will work to help all people but then will, at the end, betray the concepts of this nation -- making an image unto Babylon. It is a horrible thing.

Daniel 4:34
34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:

He said, I bless the Most High!

Daniel 4:35
35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

Nebuchadnezzar said, No one tells God what to do, he found that out!

Daniel 4:36
36 At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me.

The king came back to his normality. His insanity was cured. He was no longer a beast now, he returned. His own brightness returned to him, and the power and authority that he had! And they followed after and they sought Nebuchadnezzar. God had anointed him and gave him more power than he had before! Boy, he was set down hard and powerful!

Even more than he had beforehand, Nebuchadnezzar -- he says that he returned back to his mind and he extolled and praised God.

Daniel 4:37
37 Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.

See, he honors the King of heaven! He had to go through all of this and Nebuchadnezzar finally gave up -- it was like a conversion, it was like going through a great tribulation -- and being delivered from demon powers -- and all the devils were cast out of Nebuchadnezzar and he returned to his normal mind and he was a stately individual in the kingdom.

Nebuchadnezzar said, "the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment; and those that walk in pride he is able to abase. God is able to put them down! He raises up and he puts down who He wants to (needs to).

And Nebuchadnezzar said, My reasoning returned and the brightness and my power and my mind returned unto me. Nebuchadnezzar gives his own testimony in Daniel Chapter 4.

Now Jesus, put your hand on them, let them feel this anointing -- the pillar of fire is on me now. I can feel it overshadowing me and the Spirit of the Lord Almighty is running over me like smoke -- it's coming right out from the Lord. It's glory and the glory of the Lord has overshadowed this message.

And right now the Lord is anointing you and putting His presence upon you. He wants you to seek Him with all the love and patience and wait upon the Lord and your strength shall be renewed, saith the Lord God.

The Lord is calling His people and He's calling them together away from these evils that'll come upon the earth and all of the debaucheries we spoke about and God is bringing His people together like a sharp edge, a cutting edge of the Spirit. He's gathering them together under His vine and the Lord shall overshadow them.

As you're reading this, the Spirit of the Lord is come upon you and God is blessiing you and the Lord will cause you to rejoice and your faith is lifted up and the Lord will bless thee!

Behold, saith the Lord, I have brought the message through my Spirit so that My people may know what shall befall at the end of time and what shall be before them. Truly we're at the end, saith the Lord God. Read it, saith the Lord God, and give witness that these things be true by the word of the Most High God -- the Lord of Host! Amen!
